1. Overview

Arteiro is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App processes your videos and photos entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal content on any server.

2. Data We Collect

Arteiro collects minimal data:

Sign in with Apple: If you choose to sign in, Apple provides your name and email. We store only a secure token on your device via Keychain. This data is never sent to our servers because we don't have servers.
App Preferences: Your layout and quality preferences are stored locally in UserDefaults on your device.

We do not collect analytics, tracking data, or usage statistics.

3. Media Access

Arteiro requests access to:

Camera: To record your reaction video
Microphone: To record audio with your reaction
Photo Library: To select background media and save exported videos

All media processing happens locally on your device. Your videos and photos are never uploaded or transmitted.

4. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device:

Auth tokens: iOS Keychain (encrypted)
Preferences: UserDefaults
Exported videos: Your Photo Library (only when you choose to save)
Temporary files: Deleted automatically by the system

5. Third-Party Services

Arteiro does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The App has no ads, no trackers, and no third-party SDKs beyond Sign in with Apple.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer any personal data. When you choose to share a video using the iOS share sheet, the video is shared directly from your device to the destination you select.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the App removes all associated data. If you signed in with Apple, you can revoke access at any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple.

8. Children's Privacy

Arteiro does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and contains no user-generated content that is shared publicly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
