1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Arteiro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Arteiro is a reaction video recorder that allows you to select a background video or photo, record your reaction using your device's camera, and export the resulting composition. The App operates entirely on your device — no server, no cloud storage, no user accounts required.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create with Arteiro, including reaction videos and compositions. We do not access, store, or transmit your content to any server. All processing happens locally on your device.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Arteiro to:

Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
Record or share content without the consent of identifiable individuals
Create defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

5. Sign in with Apple

Arteiro offers optional Sign in with Apple for preference syncing. Account creation is not required to use any core feature of the App. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arteiro's developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
